1. Attorney general Jeff Sessions is answering president Donald Trump's call to crack down on leaks of classified information. On Friday, sessions announced renewed focus on the issue, saying "The culture of leaking must stop".
2. U.S employers added 209,000 jobs in July, a second straight month of robust gains according to a new U.S job report. The unemployment rate drops to 4.3%, a 16 year low. The report is likely to boost expectation of future interest rate hikes.
3. In Kansas city, officials say about 10 people were sickened by a suspicious package in a mailroom of an IRS building. Employees complained about vomiting and sweating after the package arrived. And two people were taken to the hospital. The incident remained under investigation.
4. And in Louisiana, the U.S coast guard rewards four people public service medals, after videoes of flood rescue goes viral. A TV reporter shot this video of David Phung ripping off the top of a convertible to save the woman and her dog during flooding in the last summer. Phung receiving the coast guard silver lifesaving medal for his bravery.
